The Temple of Primordial Mana.

This temple was the ending line of the speed test and was also where the prizes for the 1st to 3rd placed beasts would be awarded.

Because of a lot of things and concerns, Sebastian couldn't admire this temple before but now that his mind was calm of distractions, he could finally focus and admire it to see its peculiarity.

The Temple of Primordial Mana was built in a similar shape to Sebastian. This was a gigantic work of architecture; the temple was a tower with roofs curving upward at the division of each several stories.

In short, the Temple of Primordial Mana was built like a Pagoda.

At a glance, nothing seemed special about this temple, but through his senses and especially his mana control skill, Sebastian could feel the terrible amount of mana of extremely high quality that was going through it.

He came here to kidnap a Mana Lord and turn it into his demon Kyuubi, but from the current circumstances, achieving this dream was no more than a fantasy at the moment, but perhaps he wouldn't go empty-handed.

"Meg, for your heroic feats of clinging to 3rd place in the speed test of the induction ceremony, you did not only set yourself apart from your peers, but you also made your ancestors proud".

"Take your reward".

Meg, the female Mana Lord took the large tome that was handed to her reverently. As her tentacles coiled around this priceless treasure, Sebastian was able to catch a glimpse of the 3 crystals that were inside it.

Crystals being stored inside a book was weird, but this was Oceania Afterall.

"Moron, for taking 2nd place, you have made your ancestors proud".

"Take your reward".

Moron, the male Mana Lord wrapped his tome with his tentacles, and unlike Meg, his carried 10 floating crystals of the same color inside it.

Now came the time for the star of the speed test to be rewarded.

"Meuer, by winning the speed test and taking 1st place, you have not only proved your potential before the all-seeing father, but you have also been promoted to the same level as all your predecessors, and you have made your ancestors proud".

"Your achievement is iconic, and your reward shall be iconic".

"We, Mana Lords are known for a lot of things, mostly our control and affinity for mana, but apart from all these, among the pinnacle powers of Oceania, what we are really known for is our control of the Celestial beasts!"

"Of course, only a few of us are privileged to receive the opportunity to be able to control these powerful beasts, and you just became one of them".

"Meuer, this is a once in a lifetime opportunity, take full advantage of it".

After the Red tier Mana Lord gave his long speech, he finally made his move. His heavy and extremely long tentacles moved, raising and coiling around the smaller Meuer as the Mana Lord's body started glowing green.

The next moment, part of this green light seeped out of the body of the Red tier Mana Lord and rested on the brain of the smaller Mana Lord.

Meuer seemed intoxicated as he basked in the pleasure of this moment.

A few minutes later, when his eyes opened, they shone with knowledge and understanding. He asked in a surprised tone. "Elder, you were once a winner like me, you own a Celestial beast?!"

"Yes". The massive Mana Lord smiled.

As soon as the Red tier Mana Lord answered, what seemed like an incorporeal spirit came out of his head. This incorporeal existence was a Phoenix, a Phoenix that was oozing with primordial mana itself!

As soon as the Celestial beast appeared, a stir was induced atop the Temple of Primordial Mana. It was like a storm was coming as this stir kept on turning till droplets like dew started forming which was impossible in the water.

This dew clustered even further until they formed large clusters of dew, and from them, Sebastian perceived a familiar aura.

"Primordial origin magic?!" Sebastian was shocked.

The resemblance and the feeling were uncanny, Sebastian knew that he was right. These clusters of dew-like substance actually contained primordial origin magic and at this moment was pouring into the Temple of Primordial Mana below.

On witnessing this phenomenon, Sebastian finally understood. The reason for the special nature of the Temple of Primordial Mana was finally explained.

One thing that Sebastian knew from all that he already saw was that Mana Lords were awesome! At this moment, he absolutely loved his evolution route.

He was already more than stoked to win 1st place no matter what was required of him.

He had never felt so motivated in a long time, his motivation at this moment was on par with the motivation that drove him towards creating his ultimate vessel living doppelganger.

Sebastian was determined to take 1st place by all means.

He would kill to get close to the Temple of Primordial Mana.

He was ready to give his all to cling 1st place against all odds. At least, as a candidate to become the Ocean Master, achieving something like this was not too odd, he had the merits to achieve it and he was determined to achieve it.

An hour later, the strength test finally started.

Every participant was stoked, including the visiting beasts after understanding how much they stood to gain if they won.
